The service

Pianova provides interactive piano lessons, a song library, and progress tracking. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the app.

Your account

You can use Pianova as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Keep your details accurate.

Subscriptions & billing

• Pianova Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, yearly or monthly). Prices are shown in the app before you purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, your subscription begins and payment is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, reselling, or attempting to disrupt the service, and no using it in any unlawful way.

Content & intellectual property

The app, its lessons, arrangements, and branding are owned by Pianova or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pianova for your own learning.

Disclaimer & liability

Pianova is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
